What We Deal Inside Blackjack Card Room

Our Blackjack Card Room runs on tables from Evolution and Ezugi, with Pragmatic Play Live filling the later seats. You'll see classic seven-seat blackjack, Speed Blackjack where play moves quicker, and Infinite Blackjack if you'd rather not wait for an empty chair. The dealer stands on soft 17 on most felt, a natural pays 3:2, and the table card lists insurance and

side bet terms — Perfect Pairs and 21+3 sit beside the main hand on selected tables. Double down after a split is allowed where the felt says so. Each table posts its own minimum, and your BDT balance sits under your seat before you confirm a stake.

TABLE HELP

Get Help While the Shoe Is Live

Something goes wrong in the middle of a hand and you don't want to lose your seat. Support runs from the in-table chat panel and from the help icon in your account wallet, so you can raise a question about a split, a pushed hand or a held balance without leaving the felt. Keep your table ID and hand number to hand — that's the first thing our team asks for, and it saves a round of typing.

In-Table Chat Open the chat panel on the blackjack felt and our team picks up the table ID for you, so you never retype the hand number or your seat position.
Wallet Help Desk If a stake is still held after a round closes, message us from the account wallet; we match the hand log to the dealer result before anything moves back to your balance.
Hand Check Request Ask for a hand check and we pull the recorded deal — cards, stake and settlement — then explain the result in plain words instead of leaving you to guess.
FAIR DEAL CHECK

How We Keep the Shoe Honest

Every blackjack table in the card room is supplied by a named studio, and the rules printed on the felt come from that studio, not from us. Shuffled shoes on live tables are dealt in front of the camera; RNG tables publish return-to-player figures where the provider exposes them, and we don't quote numbers the provider hasn't released. Read the table card before your first hand and you'll know the dealer stand rule, the payout on a natural and what happens to your split.

Named Studios

Tables come from Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live, so dealing rules and shoe changes follow each studio's own published procedure rather than an in-house version.

Rules On the Felt

Table minimums, dealer stand rules and side bet terms sit on the felt and on the table card, so you can read the terms before you place a stake.

Provider RTP Disclosure

Return figures appear on the table card only where the studio releases them; where none is published, we leave the space empty rather than filling it with a number of our own.

Recorded Deals

Live rounds are recorded, which means a disputed hand can be pulled and checked card by card against the settlement sitting in your account wallet.

Blackjack Words You'll Hear at the Felt

The dealer calls things fast, so it helps to know the words before you take a seat. A few of these come up on every shoe: a natural, a push, a hard hand against a soft one. Others only matter on selected tables, like insurance or the 21+3 side bet.

What is a natural in blackjack?

A natural is an ace plus a ten-value card on your first two cards. It pays 3:2 on most tables in the room and beats every hand except another natural.

What does push mean at a blackjack table?

A push is a tie between your total and the dealer's. Your stake comes back to your account wallet untouched, with no win and no loss on that hand.

What is soft 17?

Soft 17 means a hand where an ace still counts as eleven, such as ace-six. The table card tells you whether the dealer hits or stands on it.

How does insurance work in blackjack?

Insurance is a side wager offered when the dealer shows an ace. You stake up to half your original stake against a dealer natural, and it is lost otherwise.

What is double down?

Double down lets you double your stake after seeing your first two cards and take exactly one more card. Some tables limit it to totals of nine, ten or eleven.

What is Perfect Pairs?

Perfect Pairs is a side bet on your first two cards forming a pair. Payouts depend on whether the pair is mixed, coloured or perfect, and terms sit on the table card.

Questions About Our Blackjack Card Room

You asked, so we've put the common ones in one place. Most questions we get are about stakes, splits and how quickly a hand settles into the wallet. If yours isn't here, the in-table chat panel is the quickest way to reach a real person while the shoe is still running — and yes, you can ask about a hand that's already closed. Keep your table ID ready, because we'll ask for it first.

Yes. The felt scales to a mid-range Android screen, and your seat stays open if the data drops — reload and you're back at the same table with the same balance showing.

Each table posts its own minimum on the felt before you sit, so pick a seat that matches your budget instead of guessing at one room-wide figure.

Yes. Move money into your account wallet with bKash, Nagad or Rocket, then take a seat; your wallet balance in BDT shows on the felt before the first card comes out.

The dealer finishes the hand without you. Your stake settles on the recorded deal, and the result lands in your wallet when the round closes; the hand log keeps the details.

Speed Blackjack and the Infinite tables move faster because decisions are timed or seats are shared. Classic seven-seat felt is slower, and easier to follow while you're learning the calls.

Yes. The card room sits in the same lobby as our cricket markets, covering BPL matches and international fixtures, so you can move between a blackjack shoe and a match without another login.
